These general terms explain use of the website. A signed proposal, order or service schedule governs purchased services.
Website and account use
Use the website and portal only for lawful business purposes. Keep account credentials and activation keys confidential, provide accurate registration information and notify RunIntelX if you believe access has been compromised.
Subscriptions and implementation
Plan scope, user capacity, implementation work, payment dates, hosting responsibilities, support targets and renewal terms are those accepted in your order. Website summaries are informative and do not replace that written scope.
Customer data and intellectual property
You retain rights in the business data you provide. RunIntelX and its licensors retain rights in the software, documentation, designs and reusable implementation materials. Confidential information must be handled according to the applicable order or confidentiality agreement.
Availability and changes
Maintenance, support and availability commitments depend on the purchased plan and deployment model. We may update website information and these general terms; changes do not replace commitments already agreed in a signed order.
