Configuration before code
Custom development is a liability you carry at every upgrade. We will push back on customisation that a process change would solve, and tell you plainly when the standard genuinely will not bend.
Across our Odoo work with Indian plants, warehouses and distribution businesses, one pattern kept returning: the real operating system was a whiteboard or spreadsheet, while the ERP recorded events later. RunIntelX is what we built to close that gap.
We are implementation people, not a product company that discovered operations later. Before RunIntelX existed we spent years configuring Odoo for manufacturers, industrial distributors, wholesalers and multi-warehouse businesses—and watching which parts of that work we repeated on every project.
A substantial part of each engagement shared the same foundation: Indian tax setup, purchasing and inventory controls, shop-floor or warehouse capture teams would tolerate, and costing that survived actual scrap, freight and returns. We packaged that recurring foundation, priced it by company and plan capacity, and kept one core underneath so every module works from the same operational record.
Customer-specific workflows are still implementation work. They are scoped separately so the standard foundation and custom requirements remain clear in the proposal.
How we work
Custom development is a liability you carry at every upgrade. We will push back on customisation that a process change would solve, and tell you plainly when the standard genuinely will not bend.
No handover to a ticket queue that has never seen your operation. Support keeps the implementation context attached to the issue, so the engineer responding can see how the workflow was configured.
Database export, standard data export and transition terms are documented in the order. Your operational data is not used as a mechanism to prevent a supported transition.
If your operating model needs something we would have to invent, we will tell you in the first call and point you somewhere better. A failed rollout costs us more than a lost deal.
“Configuration is cheap. Convincing the second shift is the project.”
Something we say too often internally
Start where it hurts most
Forty-five minutes with an implementation lead who has run this before — your BOMs or SKU catalogue, warehouse rules, GST setup and delivery flow. Not a slide deck.
