Two days on your floor
We walk the process with the people who do it — not with a questionnaire. You get a written scope naming what will change, what will not, and what we think will be hardest.
Masters in, mess out
Items, BOMs where applicable, customers, vendors, price lists, opening stock and balances. This is where projects go wrong, so we clean and reconcile before loading, and show you the exceptions rather than silently dropping them.
Set up to your process
Warehouses, replenishment rules, routings, work centres, approval limits, GST registrations and document formats. Configuration first, custom code only where the standard genuinely will not bend.
One line, all the way through
We run a real order end to end through one production line or warehouse—enquiry to invoice—with your people driving. Every gap found here is one that does not surface on go-live morning.
Trained on your parts
Role-based sessions using your own data, in the language the shift or warehouse team works in. Supervisors get a one-page card for the four things they do daily; nobody sits through a generic ERP course.
On site for the first close
Cut-over on a date that avoids your filing week, then we stay through the first month-end. The engineer who configured it is the one who answers the phone.
