No server room. No IT hire.

RunIntelX can take responsibility for hosting, patching, backups and operational support, with the exact service schedule written into your order.

Managed cloud

What we actually take off your desk

The difference between a working ERP and an expensive one is usually operational, not functional. These are the jobs that quietly sink self-hosted rollouts, and they are ours.

Hosting
Region and residency confirmed in your order
Availability
Service target defined by the selected hosting schedule
Backups
Frequency, retention and restore tests documented in writing
Updates
Staged releases with an agreed maintenance process
Security
Encrypted transport and controlled administrative access
Support
Response and ownership follow the selected plan

Three ways to run it

Pick the one your board will sign.

Recommended

Managed cloud

We manage the infrastructure and agree the hosting region with you. You receive a URL, user access and a defined support route.

  • Included in the plan price
  • Staging copy on Enterprise
  • Nothing to install on site

Your cloud account

Deployed into your own AWS or Azure subscription. You hold the infrastructure bill and the keys; we hold the runbook and the operating runbook.

  • Primary data remains in your cloud account
  • Suits group IT policies
  • Infrastructure billed at cost

On-premises

On a server at your plant or warehouse, for sites with poor connectivity or a hard data-residency rule. Available with a one-time lifetime licence.

  • Works through link outages
  • Lifetime licence option
  • Annual support contract

Typical single-site plan: six to ten weeks

From handover to first close.

The clock starts when we have your data, not when the contract is signed. Every stage ends with something you can see working.

Two days on your floor

We walk the process with the people who do it — not with a questionnaire. You get a written scope naming what will change, what will not, and what we think will be hardest.

Duration
Week 1
You provide
Access, time with supervisors
You get
Signed scope document

Masters in, mess out

Items, BOMs where applicable, customers, vendors, price lists, opening stock and balances. This is where projects go wrong, so we clean and reconcile before loading, and show you the exceptions rather than silently dropping them.

Duration
Weeks 2–3
You provide
Tally export, item master
You get
Reconciliation report

Set up to your process

Warehouses, replenishment rules, routings, work centres, approval limits, GST registrations and document formats. Configuration first, custom code only where the standard genuinely will not bend.

Duration
Weeks 3–5
You provide
Approval matrix, formats
You get
Configured test database

One line, all the way through

We run a real order end to end through one production line or warehouse—enquiry to invoice—with your people driving. Every gap found here is one that does not surface on go-live morning.

Duration
Week 6
You provide
A live order, one line
You get
Gap list with owners

Trained on your parts

Role-based sessions using your own data, in the language the shift or warehouse team works in. Supervisors get a one-page card for the four things they do daily; nobody sits through a generic ERP course.

Duration
Weeks 6–8
You provide
Shift time for staff
You get
Recordings and role cards

On site for the first close

Cut-over on a date that avoids your filing week, then we stay through the first month-end. The engineer who configured it is the one who answers the phone.

Duration
Weeks 8–10
You provide
A cut-over date
You get
A closed month, tied out

Proven ERP foundation

A mature ERP foundation, extended and operated by RunIntelX for Indian manufacturing and distribution operations.

Residency is explicit

The selected hosting region and data-residency responsibility are recorded in the order.

Recovery is documented

Backup retention and restore-test frequency are defined in the managed hosting schedule.

Start where it hurts most

Bring one site on first. Then the rest.

Forty-five minutes with an implementation lead who has run this before — your BOMs or SKU catalogue, warehouse rules, GST setup and delivery flow. Not a slide deck.
