Information we receive

The service also records normal security and diagnostic information such as login activity, browser details and request logs.

How it is used

We use this information to answer enquiries, provide contracted services, operate and secure customer accounts, investigate support requests, maintain service records and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell customer contact or operational data.

Service providers and retention

Information may be processed by hosting, email, payment or support providers used to deliver the service. Access is limited to the work they perform. Retention depends on the account relationship, support history, contractual commitments and applicable record-keeping requirements.

You may ask to review or correct your contact information, or raise a privacy question, by emailing hello@runintelx.com. Some records must be retained for security, contractual or legal reasons.
